Terms of Service for the Global Digital Artistry Challenge (GDAC)

Introduction
Welcome to the Global Digital Artistry Challenge (GDAC), organized by TD Network (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or participating in GDAC, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and any additional guidelines or policies posted on our website. Please read these Terms carefully as they outline your rights, responsibilities, and the limitations of liability involved.

1. Eligibility

– Ownership: Participants retain the copyright to their original work. However, by submitting work to GDAC, participants grant TD Network a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and promote the work for GDAC-related purposes.
– Permissions: Participants confirm that any elements within their submission that are not their own original work have been legally obtained and are used with permission.

4. Code of Conduct
Participants agree to engage respectfully and professionally throughout GDAC. Any abusive, disruptive, or otherwise inappropriate behavior may lead to disqualification and removal from GDAC activities.

5. Privacy
By participating in GDAC, you consent to our collection, use, and handling of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. TD Network takes the security of your data seriously and strives to protect it as detailed in our policy.

6. Limitation of Liability
TD Network is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in GDAC, including, but not limited to, technical failures, unauthorized access, or any other issues beyond our control.

7. Disqualification and Termination
TD Network reserves the right to disqualify participants who violate these Terms, any posted guidelines, or competition rules. We may also terminate participation or access to GDAC-related content without prior notice for any breach of these Terms.

TD Network reserves the right to update or modify these Terms to reflect changes in our services or legal obligations. Any updates will be posted on our website with the revised effective date.
